At ASPharma we develop and formulate custom products across supplements, functional foods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, combining technical criteria, commercial vision and regulatory compliance from day one. We turn an idea or a brief into a viable, stable formula that is reproducible at industrial scale and compliant with Chilean regulations.

What the service includes

• Custom or generic formulation based on your technical, commercial and regulatory goals.
• Selection and sourcing of raw materials and active ingredients from certified suppliers.

How we work

We start with a free evaluation of your project, with a reply within 24 to 48 business hours. If it moves forward, we run a technical assessment, evaluate the feasibility of the formula and raw-material sourcing, and deliver a detailed proposal with specifications, timeline and pre-project samples where applicable.

You work with a single point of accountability for the whole cycle: formulation, GMP manufacturing, documentation and logistics. Fewer suppliers, less risk and a faster launch: from concept to product in around 10 to 14 weeks.

Each formulation is designed to comply with the Chilean Food Sanitary Regulation (RSA) and applicable ISP regulations, with the technical documentation your product needs for registration and import.

What we need to get started

To give you a useful evaluation it helps to know your product idea, the audience you are targeting, estimated volumes and any reference or benchmark you have. With that we define feasibility, format and a first range of timelines and quantities, and move step by step until there is a formula ready to manufacture. You do not need a perfect brief: a clear idea is enough to start the conversation.
